With nearly two decades of leadership spanning hospitality management, hotel operations, sales, marketing, events, and guest services, Chiongbian brings a deep, multi-faceted perspective to CBM 2027. As General Manager of Savoy Hotel Mactan Newtown, Chiongbian oversees daily operational performance and the property's long-term positioning. Under his leadership, Savoy Hotel Mactan Newtown has strengthened its position as a dynamic dual-purpose destination, serving as an efficient hub for airport transit and business travelers while offering a dynamic escape for guests.

Chiongbian’s career path reflects a grounded and vast knowledge of the hospitality sector. Beginning in front office operations, he steadily advanced through key supervisory and executive roles across banquets and catering, food and beverage operations, sales and marketing, and full-property hotel management. Before taking the helm at Savoy Hotel Mactan Newtown, he served as the Sales and Marketing Head for a premier international serviced residence brand, sharpening his expertise in commercial development and purposeful brand positioning.
